What’s your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your jewelry! We will gladly accept new and unworn jewelry within 30 days of the item delivery date for a refund or credit. Allow 3-4 weeks for your package to return to our office. Refunds are processed within 1 week of receiving them back. Note that clearance items, personalized pieces, and final sale promotions are a final sale and cannot be returned. See our full return policy here
Do I need to create an account to make an order?
No, you don’t have to create an account. But there are a few advantages if you create an account:
- You never have to enter your billing and shipping address again
- Find all of your orders and addresses in your account
- Download invoices of your orders
How are shipping costs calculated?
We are offering FREE shipping on all orders to the Lower 48 States and Canada. You will also get a tracking number to track your order.
When will I receive my order?
USPS standard delivery timeline. International Orders Depends on Different carries. In General, Delivery to Europe would take 10-12 Business days. Delivery to Australia, takes u to 45 business days.
